I am a 250+RYT yoga teacher and teach classes twice a week – once at Cosmosis Yoga Suite & Global Cultural Hub and once at Studio Ohana (both located in Nassau, Bahamas). My classes focus on unblocking so that you can move forward in your life to exactly where you want to be (now who doesn’t need a little of that?). I will show you how to tap into your body and mind and find what has been holding you back.
